Careconfidential is an agency which offers advice for those facing an unwanted pregnancy. This can be a crisis in a person’s life, and 
support and counselling can be crucial in helping someone at such a time.
All advice and counselling is free and confidential. They ask that all those with counselling requests or queries should use the online advisor. In Sussex there are Careconfidential centres in Brighton, Burgess Hill, Chichester, Horsham, Littlehampton, Newhaven and Worthing.
